Post job orders, query headcount, or find spend reduction opportunities by voice or text prompt, without building a single report.
See your temp labor spend in weeks, not quarters
SourceNow puts every requisition, worker, invoice, and compliance document across every site into one platform. The fee comes out of agency invoices, so you pay nothing for the software.
No minimum spend. No long-term contract. No software, implementation, or support fees.
The flow
Live in four phases
A simple route from setup to steady output.
Planning and discovery
Weeks 1-2: scope confirmation, governance alignment, requirements workshops, supplier strategy, and integration planning.
Configuration and build
Weeks 2-3: workflow setup, rate cards, approval chains, user roles, onboarding rules, and reporting configuration.
Integrations and data validation
Weeks 4-5: data mapping, integration setup, testing, and validation. All integrations are included at no additional cost.
Onboarding, testing, and go-live
Supplier and user onboarding, end-to-end testing, then go-live. Phased rollouts by location, supplier, or user group are available for large programs.
The toolkit
Built for speed, priced for zero
A proprietary, cloud-based platform (SN1) built and supported entirely by SourceNow employees. Mobile-first, no client-side installation, no hard limits on users, suppliers, requisitions, or transaction volume.
Saaji AI agentic intelligence
Post job orders, query headcount, or find spend reduction opportunities by voice or text prompt, without building a single report.
Rate governance with hard caps
Rate cards by role, location, and labor category with version control. Over-rate submissions are blocked at the system level; exceptions require explicit approval and are logged.
Inverted invoicing
Invoices are generated from approved timesheets instead of accepted from agencies. Rate creep and invoice disputes are designed out of the process.
Timekeeping your way
Punch in via your existing HRIS time clock (primarily UKG), mobile geolocation, or biometric options. Agencies get automated daily punch correction reports.
Compliance that blocks risk
Requirements configured per role with expiration monitoring and automated alerts. Workers can be hard-blocked from starting or continuing assignments until requirements are met.
Real-time analytics
Live dashboards for workforce spend, vendor performance, and compliance, with raw CSV export for ERP and BI ingestion.
Onboarding and offboarding workflows
Automated triggers, assigned owners, reminders, and a full audit trail from start date through access termination and equipment return.
Specialized healthcare VMS
Locum tenens scheduling, credential verification, and clinical workforce management for healthcare operators.

FAQ
The questions every buyer asks
How much does SourceNow cost?+
Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.
What do you mean the agencies pay for it? Won't they raise my rates?+
The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. This is a standard model in contingent workforce management. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for.
How long does implementation take?+
Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. For companies with active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have delivered straightforward programs in four weeks.
Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+
No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. The model scales in both directions.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.
Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+
All integrations are included at no additional cost. That covers design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware that falls outside standard API development.
